What if the link between the mower and petrol engine breaks or the cylinder breaks at the same time?
The surface of the connecting rod and the connecting rod contact surface is scratched
No or lack of lubricating oil, resulting in high temperature melting and tension of contact surface (the inner surface of connecting rod and even the surface of crankshaft).
No lubricating oil (gasoline engine oil) was added, or lubricating oil was added but not put in place, or lubricating oil was added in place but the machine was used at a wrong Angle, resulting in that the oil splashing wheel could not touch the oil, leaving no lubricating oil or lack of lubricating oil on the contact surface of crankshaft and connecting rod, leading to no lubrication on the contact surface.
Second, there is no cooling.
Generally, if the crankshaft and the connecting rod are bitten to death within a few minutes at the rated working speed, the connecting rod will break and crack the cylinder block, and the same problem will occur with the addition of fake or inferior machine oil.
1. All internal combustion engines, crankshaft and connecting rod bite dead (or hug dead) due to the lack of oil;
2. Sometimes, the oil stored in the machine damaged by the user has no chip marks, indicating that there is no oil or oil less than the level beyond the reach of the oil spatter wheel during operation, or the oil added in the machine memory after the accident does not participate in lubrication, so it is clear and no chip (the oil is gray-black);
3. In another case, although the oil is enough, it is used on the slope greater than 25 degrees, because the oil splashing wheel cannot reach the oil due to the excessive tilt Angle, the above faults or other parts may be pulled (or locked), and wear and tear may be accelerated.
