Why did the saw pull the cylinder?
What causes the oil saw to pull the cylinder?

Chain saw is an indispensable tool in the logging industry, a good chain saw can make the whole work process more smoothly, will greatly improve the efficiency, but the chain saw used for a long time and may appear this or that kind of problem, the chain saw cylinder is a big problem, mainly explain why chain saw cylinder for you today?
What is the cause of the saw?

Lack of lubrication

Saw vent side, the hottest part line - shaped stretch mark.

1. Low proportion of machine oil in mixed oil, resulting in insufficient lubrication.

2. Improper adjustment of carburetor and excessive dilution of fuel, resulting in insufficient lubrication.

3. Too many attachments of cylinder heat sinks affect the heat dissipation.

4. Too high rotating speed (carburetor adjustment is too thin or power sealing is not strict).

5. Abnormal heating results in excessive expansion of the piston at the vent, resulting in stretch marks.

Drawing cylinder caused by carbon accumulation

1. Excessive carbon accumulation.

The carbon deposition is located in the combustion chamber of the cylinder and the top of the piston. The reasons for carbon deposition are as follows:

(1) use inferior two-stroke oil or other non-air-cooled two-stroke engine oil or four-stroke engine oil;

(2) excessive mixture ratio of engine oil in fuel oil;

(3) the engine is overheating and the temperature is too high to carbonize the oil at the exhaust port;

(4) improper use of spark plug, the heat value of spark plug is too small, easy to produce tar and carbon.

Sometimes the piston ring is stuck.

There are scratches on the exhaust side.

Inhale foreign matter

1. Serious edge wear of ring groove;

2. Surface wear, dark gray surface;

3. One side of the air inlet is worn;

4. Problems with air filters: they should be cleaned and replaced regularly.

Water comes in

1. The air inlet has surface abrasion marks;

2. The impact site of inhalation is under the piston ring.

Cause: water or rain and snow enter the cylinder through air filters and carburetors, washing off the oil film.

The cylinder block overheats

The hottest part of the vent is scratched.

The reason:

(1) excessive expansion of the piston on the side of the vent due to overheating;

(2) excessive number of fins attached to the cylinder, resulting in overheating;

(3) blockage of air cooling channel.
