How do we replace the blades and USES of the lawn mower in our daily life?
Anyone who has ever used a lawn mower knows that the blades of the mower are used for different purposes. When we have used the blades of the mower for a long time or harvested different crops, we need to replace the blades of the mower.
Here, I will tell you how to replace the blade of the mower and the use of the blades of different mowers.
In order to avoid hurting us, we need to remove the spark plug cap of the mower to prevent it from suddenly starting up. When replacing the blade of the mower, we must wear thick gloves to prevent the blade from being scratched.
1. The process of removing the blade of the lawn mower
A. Keep the disk cutter;
Unhook the spark plug lead;
Open the fuel valve;
Removing the fuel from the carburetor;
Tilt the mower to the right and the carburetor upwards;
Firmly hold the disk cutter, loosen the blade nut, and remove the bolt and blade.
If the blade nut cannot be loosened under normal use and wear, the mower must be sent to the distributor to replace the blade.
When replacing the blades, new bolts and nuts should be replaced at the same time. Do not tilt the mower so that the carburetor faces down, otherwise it will cause start-up difficulties. Please use the replacement blades provided by the manufacturer.
2. Installation of blade of lawn mower:
Reattach the new blade to the disk and tighten the nut. The tightening torque of the nut is 30-40n ·m.
When finished, place the mower on a smooth surface and pull the rope slowly several times to ensure there is no oil in the cylinder before starting.
Remove dirt and weeds from blades, blade bases and inside the mower;
Install blade holder, blade and blade bolt;
Hold the blade firmly to ensure it touches the advancing surface of the blade.
Tighten the blade bolt. The tightening torque of the bolt is 50-60n ·m.
The blade bolt is a special bolt and cannot be replaced by other bolts. From bottom to top, the blade rotates counterclockwise.
Finally, I'd like to share the USES of various cutting machines and irrigation knives:
2 tooth diamond blade: suitable for cutting low soft weeds with large cutting diameter (diamond blade is relatively safe in operation);
Square blade with 2 teeth: suitable for cutting low soft weeds with large cutting diameter (square blade is durable in operation);
3 tooth blade: suitable for cutting high soft weeds, economic benefits;
4-tooth blade: suitable for cutting high soft weeds (balance, small vibration, smooth cutting effect);
8 tooth blade: it is suitable for cutting low soft weeds (balance, small vibration, smooth cutting effect).
